Welcoming 1.5 million LGBT+ visitors annually spending $1.5 billion, Greater Fort Lauderdale is well-suited to host Pride Fort Lauderdale. A partnership package is available that details the many ways you can participate in this exciting event. We hope you will join with Pride Fort Lauderdale through your sponsorship or as an exhibitor or benefactor as we welcome LGBTQ+ visitors from across the country and around the world. Our 2021 festival focus is on highlighting local Trans programs and services that can assist our community in recovering from the pandemic. A community committee meets regularly to plan the Trans Pride area and is open to Trans folks and allies that would like to volunteer their time and talents. Trans Pride, founded in 2018, is a special celebration within Pride Fort Lauderdale’s festival that features local Trans-led organizations, businesses and resources.

While we still have the work to do making sure our Trans and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) communities are included and represented, our past accomplishments prove that we can do anything when we work together with love and sincerity,” said Miik Martorell, president of Pride Fort Lauderdale. The LGBTQ community has seen significant changes in our community and in society and these years theme, Glitter and Gratitude, honors those accomplishments. “As we enter our 44th year as Florida’s first LGBTQ Pride festival, we are reminded of how far we’ve come and how much we have to be grateful for. Pride Fort Lauderdale 2021’s theme will be “Glitter and Gratitude” as they are able, once again, to celebrate with the community after a long and difficult year. Pride Fort Lauderdale will be presenting a two-day festival to be held November 20 – 21, 2021 on Fort Lauderdale’s beautiful beach.
